SALIENT FEATURES

   -   Revenue increased to R24.9 million (August 2022: No revenue for the period due to the
       impact of the disposals of Afric Oil Proprietary Limited and the Lagia operations in March
       2022 and September 2021, respectively).
   -   Headline earnings per share decreased by 1.45 cents to a headline loss per share of 0.74
       cents (August 2022: headline earnings per share of 0.71 cents).
   -   Earnings per share decreased by 1.45 cents to a loss per share of 0.74 cents (August 2022:
       earnings per share of 0.71 cents).
   -   No dividend declaration for the six months ended 31 August 2023 (August 2022: nil).
