VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: DMTN PROGRAMME INVESTOR CALL

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Discovery will be hosting a Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme ("DMTN Programme") investor call on Tuesday 5th November 2024 to provide an overall business and
DCM update including the upcoming auction planned for 14th November 2024. The Company has stated its
intention to refinance the notes falling due in November 2024 and February 2025 in line with its funding plan to
keep debt in issue broadly unchanged over the short to medium term.
