INTERIM PREFERENCE SHARE CASH DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, 20 February 2025 the directors of Discovery declared an
interim gross cash dividend of 582.67123 cents per B preference share (466.13698 cents per B
preference share, net of dividend withholding tax) for the period 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024,
payable from the income reserves of the Company. A dividend withholding tax of 20% will be applicable
to all preference shareholders who are not exempt.

The issued preference share capital at the declaration date is 8 million B preference shares.

The salient dates for the B preference share dividend will be as follows:

 Last day to trade to receive the B preference share dividend           Tuesday, 11 March 2025
 B preference shares commence trading "ex" dividend                   Wednesday, 12 March 2025
 Record date                                                             Friday, 14 March 2025
 Payment date                                                            Monday, 17 March 2025

B preference share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday,
12 March 2025 and Friday, 14 March 2025, both days inclusive.
