CORRECTION TO THE 2024 AGM FORM OF PROXY
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 23rd October 2024, in which the mailing of
the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the publication thereof on the Group's website
(https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/investor-relations) were announced.
Shareholders are hereby informed of a misalignment between the order of individual resolutions under
ordinary resolution number 3 in the Notice of AGM and the Form of Proxy.
The Form of Proxy should read as follows in order to align with the Notice of AGM:
Ordinary resolution 3: Election of members of the audit committee
