PASSING OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraphs 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements and 6.39 of the
JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of Discovery Limited ("the Board") sadly
announces the passing of Mr Tito Titus Mboweni, an independent non-executive of Discovery, on 12
October 2024.

The Late Mr Mboweni was a Member of the Nominations, Remuneration and the Risk and Compliance
Committees respectively. These Committees will remain quorate.

The Board extends its sincerest condolences to the bereaved Family.
