VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: DMTN PROGRAMME ROADSHOW

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Discovery will be undertaking a Domestic Medium Term Note Programme
("DMTN Programme") roadshow commencing Monday, 22 April 2024, in advance of notes which are maturing in the 4th
quarter of this calendar year. The Company has stated its intention to refinance the notes falling due later this year in line
with its funding plan to keep debt in issue broadly unchanged over the short to medium term.
