Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
of the JSE on 23 March 2020 which, in turn, referred to prior announcements, dated 2 December 2019, 21
October 2016, 4 November 2013, 16 May 2024 and 27 May 2024, regarding Mr Gore's hedging transactions
entered into over a portion of his shareholding in Discovery.

Shareholders and noteholders are now advised that Mr Gore has entered into replacement hedging transactions,
as disclosed below. These hedging transactions are related to funding arrangements entered into in order to
follow various rights offers and subscriptions for Discovery shares over time.
