NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following a review of the Company's external audit requirements, the Audit and Risk
Committee has recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the appointment of Moore Cape Town Inc. as the external
auditor of the Company, with Pierre Conradie as the designated audit partner to replace RSM South Africa Inc. with
effect from 30 August 2024.

The change in auditors was initiated by the Company as Castleview sought to appoint a single audit firm across the
Group and as such, that Moore Cape Town Inc. is best placed to meet the Company's current requirements.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to RSM South Africa Inc. for their services to the Company.
