COMPANIES")

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 and 6.39 of the JSE Limited
Listings and Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that Ms NF Bhettay was appointed as a
member of the Risk and Capital Management Committees ("RCMC")
of the Companies, with immediate effect.

The RCMC comprises of the following members: Prof SA du Plessis
(Chairman), Ms NF Bhettay, Ms N Ford-Hoon, Mr GR Hardy,
