1. INTRODUCTION
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the Coronation
Global Managed Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
("the Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and updated on 13 August
2024 and the Eleventh Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 13 August 2024 and relates to the
listing by introduction of Coronation Global Managed Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF
participatory interests in the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector
on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. STRUCTURE
The COGMAN portfolio is managed by Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment
Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement
with the Asset Manager, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager
will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the
Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3.8 Investment Policy:
The Coronation Global Managed Prescient Feeder Actively Managed Exchange Traded Fund's
("Coronation Global Managed Prescient AMETF") objective portfolio is to balance long term real returns
and the risk of loss through exposure to a range of listed asset classes around the world. The intent is
to outperform an equity-biased benchmark over-all five-year period.
To achieve its objective, the securities to be included in the portfolio, except for assets in liquid form,
will consist solely of participatory interests in the Coronation Global Managed Fund ("underlying fund"),
approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
The underlying fund will be actively managed to achieve long term capital appreciation by directly
investing at least 80% of its net assets in equities, listed real estate, listed commodities, deposits, fixed
income and debt and debt-related instruments to take advantage of particular circumstances or where
market or other factors so warrant. The underlying fund's investment in equities, deposits, fixed income,
and debt related instruments will not be limited to any particular country, region, or currency. However,
the transferable securities i.e., equity, debt, and debt-related securities, and/or fixed income instruments
invested in by the fund will be primarily listed or traded un or dealt upon a recognised exchange.
