REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 19 August 2024
("Declaration Announcement"), in terms of which shareholders were advised that
Coronation had declared a non-recurring special cash dividend ("Special Dividend"), subject
to the required South African Reserve Bank approval being obtained for the declaration of the
Special Dividend ("Condition").

Shareholders are hereby advised that the requisite approval of the South African Reserve
Bank is still outstanding and accordingly the salient dates in respect of the payment of the
Special Dividend, as contained in the Declaration Announcement, will be revised.

The revised salient dates in respect of the payment of the Special Dividend will be
communicated to Shareholders via SENS, when the Condition has been fulfilled.
