                       CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT – TAX MATTER

Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Stock Exchange
News Service ("SENS") regarding the tax litigation relating to the group's international
operations following the Supreme Court of Appeal judgement on 7 February 2023 ("Tax
Matter"). Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22
December 2023, wherein shareholders were advised that the Tax Matter was set down for
hearing by the Constitutional Court on 13 February 2024 and that the Company awaited
judgment thereon.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Constitutional Court has confirmed that its judgment
on the Tax Matter will be delivered at approximately 10:00 tomorrow, 21 June 2024.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until
a full announcement is made, following receipt of the judgment.
