Notification in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008

In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended
("Companies Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that CMH has received formal notification on behalf of Ninety One SA (Pty)
Ltd ("Ninety one") that Ninety One has decreased their holding in the Company, such that their
total interest in the Company now amounts to 4.4232% of the total issued shares of the Company.

As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, CMH has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.

In making this announcement, the CMH Board has relied on the accuracy of the information
contained in the notification from Ninety One and accepts responsibility for such information as it
relates to the Company. The Board confirms that to the best of its knowledge and belief, this
information is true and does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of this disclosure.
