NO CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Clicks Group's integrated annual report for the year ended 31 August 2024 has been published today and
is available on the group's website, www.clicksgroup.co.za.

The audited annual financial statements contain no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated
results published on SENS on 24 October 2024. The annual financial statements were audited by the
group's auditors, KP MG Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in the audited annual financial
statements and is available for inspection at the group's registered office. The annual financial
statements are also available on the group's website and on the JSE cloudlink

Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at the registered office of
Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape Town, on Thursday, 30 January 2025 at 10:00 to
transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM. The notice of AGM is available on the group's
website. The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and
vote at the AGM is Friday, 24 January 2025. The last date to trade in order to be eligible to vote is
Tuesday, 21 January 2025.
