LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES

Shareholders are referred to the Company's announcement dated 18 October 2024, advising
of its acquisition of the remaining issued shares in Mac Marketing Communications (Mauritius)
Limited and Mac Investments Proprietary Limited, for a total purchase consideration of
R37.5 million, to be settled in cash and through the issue of CA&S shares.

Shareholders are advised that, in partial settlement of the above purchase consideration,
CA&S has issued 1 524 971 new no par value ordinary shares in the Company, following
which the Company's total issued share capital now consists of 478 917 481 ordinary shares
of no par value.
