TRP121 - NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended
("Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Balwin has received formal notification that, following a
consolidation of existing holdings, Lord Trust now holds a beneficial interest of 5.57% in the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The increase in holdings is due to a consolidation of existing interests and does not arise from
the acquisition of additional shares.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
