RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms bear the same meanings to that in the circular (the "Circular")
distributed to shareholders on Monday, 30 September 2024.

Shareholders are referred to previous SENS announcements, the last of which was published on Monday, 30
September 2024 relating to the Proposed Transaction and are advised that at the General Meeting held on
Monday, 28 October 2024, all the resolutions, as contained in the notice of General Meeting included in the
Circular, were passed by the requisite majority of Shareholders present and voting in person or by proxy.

Details of the results of voting at the General Meeting are as follows:

    -     Total number of issued Shares: 804,918,444
    -     Total number of Shares that could be voted at General Meeting: 571 549 770
    -     Total number of Shares which were present / represented at the General Meeting: 571 549 770 being
