APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE") and
paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors ("the Board") hereby
notifies shareholders of the appointment of Raisibe Morathi as an independent non-executive director
to the Board with immediate effect. The appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with
nomination of directors to the Board and Ms. Morathi has also been appointed as a member of the Audit
and Risk Committee with immediate effect in accordance with the required regulatory approvals for the
appointment.

Raisibe is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Vodacom Group Limited ("Vodacom"), a position
that she has occupied since November 2020. She has over 30 years' experience working in the
financial sector and recently ICT sector, and she has held the Chief Financial Officer role at Nedbank
and other executive roles at Sanlam and the IDC.

Raisibe is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with an Advanced Management Programme from
INSEAD and a Higher Diploma in Taxation from Wits University and a Master's in Philosophy
(Corporate Strategy) from GIBS, University of Pretoria. She also serves on various Vodacom related
Boards.

The Board welcomes Raisibe to the Group and looks forward to his contribution.
