UPDATE REGARDING POTENTIAL FORMATION OF A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP IN THE PAN-EUROPEAN
LOGISTICS PORTFOLIO AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 12 July 2024 where
shareholders were advised that Burstone has entered into exclusive negotiations regarding the potential
formation of a strategic partnership with funds advised by affiliates of Blackstone Europe LLP (the
"Purchaser") under the terms of which Burstone will dispose of a majority of its stake in its Pan-European
Logistics portfolio to the Purchaser.
Negotiations are advanced, however, at this stage there is no certainty that a transaction will be concluded.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Burstone securities
until a further announcement is made.
