POTENTIAL FORMATION OF A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP IN THE PAN-EUROPEAN LOGISTICS PORTFOLIO
AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

In response to the recent market speculation, shareholders are advised that Burstone has entered into
exclusive negotiations regarding the potential formation of a strategic partnership with funds advised by
affiliates of Blackstone Europe LLP (the "Purchaser") under the terms of which Burstone will dispose of a
majority of its stake in its Pan-European Logistics portfolio to the Purchaser.

At this stage there is no certainty that a transaction will be concluded. Accordingly, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution when dealing in Burstone securities until a further announcement is made.
