UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION BY SEA HARVEST


Brimstone Ordinary and "N" Ordinary shareholders ("Brimstone Shareholders") are referred to the
Brimstone and Sea Harvest Group Limited ("Sea Harvest") announcements released on SENS on
22 January 2024, in relation to the acquisition by Sea Harvest of certain subsidiaries of Terrasan Group
Limited (the "Sea Harvest Acquisition"). Brimstone Shareholders are further advised that Sea Harvest
released an announcement on 14 May 2024 stating that all the conditions precedent have been met
and that the Sea Harvest Acquisition has been successfully concluded. With effect from the effective
date of the Sea Harvest Acquisition, Sea Harvest will no longer be a subsidiary of Brimstone and will
be classified as an associate.
