RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30 2024

Bidcorp delivered an excellent performance for the year ended June 2024, against the backdrop of
a turbulent and challenging world, beset with anaemic, stagnant, and sometimes negative economic
growth.

Financial highlights:
-       Revenue R225,9 billion, up 15,1% (F2023: R196,3 billion)
-       Trading profit R12,2 billion, up 15,9% (F2023: R10,5 billion)
-       Cash generated by operations before working capital R15,4 billion, up 12,8% (F2023: R13,7 billion)
-       EBITDA (non-IFRS 16) R13,5 billion, up 14,4% (F2023: R11,8 billion)
-       Strong cash generation 113% of trading profit and 102% of EBITDA turned into cash
-       Headline earnings per share 2 405,5 cents, up 15,5% (F2023: 2 082,9 cents)
-       Earnings per share 2 392,6 cents, up 16,0% (F2023: 2 061,8 cents)
-       Dividend distribution for the full year 1 090,0 cents, up 16,0% (F2023: 940,0 cents)

DIVIDEND DECLARATION
In line with the group dividend policy, the directors declared a final gross cash dividend of 565,0 cents
(452,0 cents net of dividend withholding tax, where applicable) per ordinary share for the year ended
June 30 2024 to those members registered on the record date, being Friday, September 27 2024.
