DATE OF PUBLICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS AND CORRECTION OF DATES IN RESPECT OF
DEALINGS IN BELL EQUIPMENT SHARES BY A CONCERT PARTY
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the 'Distribution of combined Circular and notice convening a General
Meeting of Bell Equipment Shareholders' announcement ("Distribution Announcement") by Bell
Equipment and IA Bell and Company Proprietary Limited ("IAB") released on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited on Tuesday, 13 August 2024 and published in the South African press on
Wednesday, 14 August 2024. Terms as defined in the Distribution Announcement are used in the
remainder of this announcement unless otherwise stated.
As inter alia announced in the Distribution Announcement, the Circular providing full details of the IAB
Offer and the Scheme, including, inter alia, the report prepared by the Independent Expert, as well as the
opinion and recommendations of the Independent Board, was distributed to Bell Equipment Shareholders
on Tuesday, 13 August 2024.
2. PUBLICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTH PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2024
Shareholders are advised that the Company's interim financial results for the six month period ended
30 June 2024 ("interim results") will be published before 12 September 2024, being the date of the
General Meeting. It is the intention of the Board, at present, to publish the interim results on or about
9 September 2024.
3. CORRECTION OF DATES IN RESPECT OF DEALINGS IN BELL EQUIPMENT SHARES BY A
CONCERT PARTY
Shareholders are referred to Annexure 5 to the Circular ("Annexure 5") which sets out dealings in Bell
Equipment Shares by persons acting in concert with IAB in terms of the Scheme ("Concert Parties"),
which Concert Parties include Zenithar Proprietary Limited ("Zenithar"). Shareholders are hereby advised
that the number of Shares, price, total value and nature of the transactions ("Trade Details") relating to
Zenithar are correctly set out in the relevant table in Annexure 5. However, the dates relating to the Trade
Details set out in column one of the relevant table ("Trade Dates") were incorrectly transposed into the
Circular and as a result do not accurately reflect the Trade Dates as provided to IAB by Zenithar.
Accordingly, the correct Trade Dates, together with the Trade Details contained in Annexure 5 (which
Trade Details remain correct and unchanged), are set out in the table below.
