FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Barloworld shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements previously published by the
Company, with the most recent being the 22 August 2024, in which the Company advised that it has
entered into discussions, which, if concluded successfully, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company's securities.

Shareholders are advised that the discussions are ongoing and, at this stage, there can be no certainty that
any agreement will be reached. Accordingly, shareholders should continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.

The Board of Barloworld, collectively and individually, accepts responsibility for the information contained
