AYO's management is doing everything possible to support the Auditors in completing their processes as expediently as possible. The board of directors ("the Board") assures AYO shareholders of its determination to resolve the matter promptly and appreciates its stakeholders' patience and understanding as it works to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Audited Results.
