UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2024

1. Highlights
 • Revenue increased by 0,19% to R1,015 billion from R1,013 million in the prior corresponding
     financial period.
 • Loss before tax decreased by 62,02% to R98 million from R258 million in the prior corresponding
     financial period.
 • Loss per share improved by 58,36% to 32,92 cents per share from 79,06 cents per share in the
     prior corresponding financial period.
 • Headline loss per share per share improved by 58.14% to 33,12 cents per share from 79.13 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding financial period.
