                                  Change of formula in Cash Settlement Amount

Holders are hereby advised that the Cash Settlement Amount as described in the Pricing Supplement will be amended
to reflect the correct formula used to calculate the Cash Settlement Amount as follows:

"Cash Settlement Amount per Note = Notional x [1+ Max (60%, ((FIL/IIL)-1)]"

The amendment is necessary to correct a technical error of the Cash Settlement Amount formula.

The change will be effective from 5 July 2024.

An Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement will be published on the Issuer's website www.investecwarrants.com
