Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service
("SENS") on 3 September 2024 pertaining to the Group's reviewed condensed consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 ("Condensed Financial Statements").
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Group's audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2024 ("Annual Financial Statements") have been published and contain no
changes to the Condensed Financial Statements which were made available via the JSE cloudlink
and the Company's weblink on 3 September 2024.
