NOTICE REGARDING THE RELEASE OF ASPEN'S FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024 
AND RESULTS PRESENTATION

Shareholders are advised that Aspen intends on releasing its results for the six months ended 31 December
2024 on Monday, 3 March 2025 via JSE SENS at 13:00pm (SAST, GMT+2), with a presentation to members
of the investment community, in-person, at The Westin Hotel, Cape Town and via webcast on Tuesday, 4
March 2025 at 08:30am (SAST, GMT+2).
