DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024

Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on the JSE Limited
Stock Exchange News Service on 27 June 2024, and are advised that the results of the company for the
year ended 31 March 2024 ("Financial Results") will not take place by 10 July 2024 as previously
indicated due to the delay in the finalisation of the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 March 2024.

It is anticipated the Financial Results will be released during the course of the day on Monday, 15 July
2024. Shareholders and noteholders will be kept updated in this regard.
