NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") incorporating the summarised
consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June 2024 will be posted today and is available on the
Company's website at https://rextrueform.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/AOE-2024-NOTICE-OF-
AGM.pdf.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 12 November 2024 at 11:00 am by way of electronic participation. The
last day to trade in order to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 29 October 2024 and the record
date for voting purposes is Friday, 1 November 2024. Full details for purposes of electronic participation are
set out in the notice of AGM.

It is anticipated that the integrated annual report will be available on the Company's website at
https://rextrueform.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/AOE-2024-IAR.pdf on or about 17 October 2024 and a
further announcement will be released in this regard.
