Appointment of Company Secretary
Further to the announcement made on 5 December 2024 appointing Ms. Fiona Edmundson as acting company secretary, in
compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that the Board of
Directors (the Board) has appointed Ms. Edmundson as company secretary with effect from 1 March 2025.
Ms. Edmundson assumes the role of company secretary as part of her appointment as the head of the legal, compliance and
company secretarial function of the Company with effect from 1 March 2025. Ms. Edmundson is an admitted attorney and has
practised in South Africa and the United Kingdom, focusing on corporate law and commercial law. In her previous role, Ms.
Edmundson was head of legal for Anglo American in South Africa and has been with the Anglo American group for approximately
15 years.
The Board is satisfied that Fiona has the experience, qualifications and expertise to assume the position of company secretary
of Anglo American Platinum.
