Shareholders are referred to the announcements made by the Company on 25 April 2024, 26 April 2024, 13 May 2024
and 22 May 2024, respectively, regarding BHP's proposed offer to acquire Anglo American plc ("Anglo American").

The Board of Anglo American Platinum notes the announcements made by Anglo American on 29 May 2024 confirming
that BHP does not intend to make an offer for Anglo American.
