UPDATE ON UMGANU


Altvest is pleased to announce that Kevin Pietersen, who currently holds 37% of the issued share capital in Umganu Lodge
Holdings Proprietary Limited ("Umganu") has concluded an agreement for the disposal of 13% of the issued share capital
in Umgany for a purchase consideration of R6 000 000 to Frontline Capital Proprietary Limited ("Frontline") (the
"Transaction"). The Transaction is wholly unconditional and will be implemented shortly. The Transaction reaffirms
Altvest's valuation of the full lodge owned by Umganu at R46 million.
