RESULTS OF OFFER


Shareholders and investors are referred to the abridged prospectus relating to a listing by way of an Offer for subscription
of up to 1 000 000 Ordinary Shares, 3 925 366 A Shares, 718 901 B Shares and 39 443 715 C Shares, subject to a
minimum subscription amount of R6 500 000 in respect of the Ordinary Shares, of which R2 500 000 has been underwritten
by WGW Capital, announced on SENS and published on the CTSE website on Tuesday, 10 September 2024.

Shareholders and investors are advised that the Offer closed at 12:00 on Tuesday, 1 October 2024 and was oversubscribed
in respect of the Ordinary Shares and the following shares will be issued pursuant to the Offer:
