CHANGES TO A2X TRADING DETAILS AS A RESULT OF ALTVEST'S JSE LISTING


Shareholders are referred to the prospectus published on Tuesday, 10 September 2024 regarding the listing of Altvest on
the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited ("AltX") as well as the circular issued to shareholders on Monday, 2 September
2024 regarding Altvest's delisting from the Cape Town Stock Exchange ("CTSE").

Shareholders are advised that as part of the process of Altvest transferring its listing from the CTSE to AltX, all Altvest
shares will be delisted from A2X at the close of trade on 10 October 2024 as a consequence of Altvest delisting from the
CTSE. As such trade in Altvest shares under the following CTSE ISINs and share codes will cease on such date:
