ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 4.1,

    -   Sustainability Report 2024
    -   Ore Reserves and Mineral Resources Report 2024
    -   Tax and Economic Contribution Report 2024

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be made available for inspection

In accordance with the DTRs, the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in
unedited full text within the 2024 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage
Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. The Notice of
the 2025 AGM will be published on 24 March 2025.

The Company has a primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and secondary
listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Botswana Stock Exchange, the Namibia Stock
Exchange and the SIX Swiss Exchange.
