CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Thabo Dloti will be retiring as an independent non-executive director of the Company following
conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 August 2024. Mr Dloti has been a
director since 1 August 2018 and has been serving as lead independent, Remuneration Committee chair
and member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Nominations and Social, Ethics and Transformation
committees.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Robert Roux has been appointed as independent non-executive
director, Remuneration Committee chair designate and member of the Audit and Risk, Mergers and
Acquisitions and Nominations committees, with effect from 1 July 2024.

Mr Roux is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a post graduate diploma
in Accountancy. He has extensive experience in the investment industry, spending a large proportion of
his career within the Sanlam group, including as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sanlam Employee
Benefits and as CEO of the Sanlam Investment Group from 2015 up to his retirement in 2021.
He currently serves as non-executive director on the boards of Du Toit Group, Donkerbos and Bronaar in
the agricultural sector and Optimum Investment Group, a boutique asset manager.

The Board would like to thank Mr Dloti for his commitment and dedicated service and wishes him well for
the future. The Board welcomes Mr Roux and looks forward to his contribution.
