CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Robert (Bob) Michael Head has resigned as a director of the Company effective 28 November 2024.

Mr Head has been a director since 1 January 2018 and has been serving as an independent non-executive
director of Alexforbes, Audit and Risk committee member and chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions
committee.

His resignation as director from the following subsidiaries will also be effective on 28 November 2024:
- Alexander Forbes International Limited, registration number UK2265613
- Alexander Forbes Life Limited, registration number 1997/022561/06
- Alexforbes Invest Nominees (RF) Proprietary Limited, registration number 2016/379671/07

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr Head for his commitment and dedicated service, which
contributed to the progress achieved during his tenure as director. We wish him all the best in his future
endeavours.
