APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 March 2024 and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Newton Chipswa ("Newton") has been
appointed as the interim company secretary of the Company with effect from today, 28 May 2024.

Newton is currently the assistant company secretary of Adcorp and the board of directors considers Newton
to have the requisite knowledge and expertise to act as interim company secretary.

Adcorp expects to announce the appointment of a permanent company secretary on or about 1 August 2024.
