CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT UPDATE AND RENEWAL


Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2025, shareholders are advised
that negotiations which Acsion has entered into with a non-related third party relate to a potential acquisition
and are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company's securities.

Shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at this stage that the negotiations will lead to a formal
transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement is made.
