AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE REPORT AND CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders and noteholders ("security holders") are advised that the Company's Integrated Report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("audited AFS"), which contain no changes from the
audited AFS published on SENS on 14 March 2024 and on which the Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.,
have expressed an unmodified audit opinion is available on the Company's website at:
https://www.resilient.co.za/financials.
The Integrated Report, which will be distributed to security holders today, Tuesday, 30 April 2024, includes a notice of
annual general meeting of Resilient shareholders, which will be held at the Company's registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia
Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, 2191, on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 14h00. The last day to trade in order to be
eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 11 June 2024 and the record date for voting
purposes is Friday, 14 June 2024.
Security holders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available
on the Company's website at: https://www.resilient.co.za/b-bbee.
Security holders are further advised that following the appointment of Johann Kriek as chief executive officer from
1 January 2024, Johann was appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee and the Risk Committee.
