Pepkor shareholders and noteholders are referred to Pepkor's provisional reviewed results
for the year ended 30 September 2023, published on the Stock Exchange News Services of
the JSE Limited on 29 November 2023 ("Reviewed Results"). Shareholders and noteholders
are hereby advised that Pepkor's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30
September 2023 ("Annual Financial Statements") are available on the Company's website
and at the Company's registered office. These Annual Financial Statements contain no
modifications to the Reviewed Results.
The Annual Financial Statements have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who
expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon.
The Annual Financial Statements and the unmodified audit opinion thereon is available on
the Company's website at: https://www.pepkor.co.za/investor-relations/latest-results/
A further announcement will be made once the integrated annual report is published and the
notice of the annual general meeting is distributed to shareholders.
