FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - SATRIX NASDAQ 100 ETF TO CHANGE FROM A
FEEDER PORTFOLIO TO A STANDARD PORTFOLIO AND NAME CHANGE


Holders of the Satrix Nasdaq 100 securities are referred to the
announcement published on SENS on 9 January 2025 regarding the Satrix
NASDAQ 100 Feeder Portfolio structure and name change effective 21 January
2025.

As per the SENS Announcement, the implementation of the of change in
the fund structure will have no effect on either the number of issued
Satrix NASDAQ 100 securities, or the value of each Satrix Nasdaq 100
security

The second ballot process was completed on 04 December 2024 and was
successful. The regulatory approvals are in place.

The fund name will change from Satrix Nasdaq 100 Feeder Portfolio to
Satrix Nasdaq 100. The distribution methodology will change from total
return to distributing.
