The Issuer's appointed Company Secretary has changed its name from Stonehage Fleming Corporate
Services (Pty) Ltd to TMF Capital Markets Services (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd.

The changes, effective 15 January 2025, result from the acquisition of Stonehage Fleming Corporate
Services (Pty) Ltd by the TMF Group in October 2024.
