Redemption of 1nvestGold debentures – ETFGLD and ENXGLD(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 19 January 2024, redeemed 100,000 1nvestGold
debentures, following a redemption in respect of approximately 971.095 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.

After the redemption, there will be 2,305,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 22,393.904 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
