RENEWAL OF EXISTING CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT WITH PROVISIONAL
LIQUIDATOR

Further to the previous renewal of cautionary announcement, the last of which was dated
16 April 2024, shareholders and are advised that the proposed recapitalisation of the Company
referred to therein is still in progress and the Company's attorney is engaging with the provisional
liquidator. The Company remains aware that any corporate action will need to comply with the
JSE Listings Requirements and Takeover Regulations, where applicable. The Company will
continue to inform shareholders of the progress in this regard.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a full announcement is made.
