NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARAGRAPH 19.20 OF THE REQUIREMENTS

Securityholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS today, 31 October 2023, by the
following exchange traded funds managed by the Company, in respect of the availability of their audited
annual financial statements on the Issuer's website, https://www.fnb.co.za/share-investing/exchange-traded-
funds.html in accordance with paragraph 19.20(d) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (the
Requirements):
     • FNB Global 1200 Equity Fund of Fund Exchange Traded Fund (FNBEQF);
     • FNB Government Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund (FNBINF);
     • FNB MidCap Exchange Traded Fund (FNBMID);
     • FNB Top 40 Exchange Traded Fund (FNBT40); and
     • FNB World Government Bond Exchange Traded Fund (FNBWGB), (collectively, the ETFs).

FNB wishes to further notify securityholders of the following in relation to the ETFs, in accordance with
paragraph 19.20(e) of the Requirements:
    1. there have been no amendments to the terms and conditions of the ETFs;
    2. there have been material changes to the supplements of the ETFs;
    3. the no material change statements have been made available on the Issuer's website
       https://www.fnb.co.za/share-investing/exchange-traded-funds.html through the route - Available
       ETFs – ETF documents – Material changes; and
    4. new listings and delistings' are available on the Issuer's website https://www.fnb.co.za/share-
       investing/exchange-traded-funds.html through the route - Available ETFs – ETF documents – Listing
       of Additional Securities SENS.
