As at 31 March 2024, Nedbank Group reported a CET1 capital adequacy ratio of 13,1% (31 December 2023: 13,5%, and 31 March 2023: 13,5%), above the upper end of the group's board-approved target range of 11% to 12%, reflecting the benefit of ongoing strong earnings growth, offset by the declaration of the group's final 2023 dividend, balance sheet growth and capital optimisation activities. Liquidity metrics remained strong. As at 31 March 2024, the group's Liquidity Coverage Ratio was 135,1% (31 December 2023: 134,6%, and 31 March 2023: 155,8%) and Net Stable Funding Ratio was 113,2% (31 December 2023: 117,3%, and 31 March 2023: 117,2%).
