FURTHER EXTENSION TO POSTING OF CIRCULAR


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 1 February 2023 with regard to the proposed acquisition of
Magetz Electrical cc and Power On Wheels cc (together, "Bundu Power") (the "Proposed Transaction") and the
circular that would be distributed to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Transaction (the "Circular"), as
well as the announcement of 31 March 2023 detailing the extension granted to Ellies with regard to the deadline for the
distribution of the Circular.


As the Circular is still in the process of being prepared and finalised, the JSE has granted a further extension to Ellies
and as such, the Circular is expected to be distributed to shareholders by 31 July 2023.
